GOLDEN INASAL TURKEY

Inasal, a hugely popular style of cooking from Phillipines' Visayas region, is innovated by our world class chefs and ingeniously translated to a juicy and intensely tasty turkey preparation.

How did the dish turn out?

Spoiler alert: it was the most popular dishes furiously devoured by the Pinoy Chef Ambush cast and crew!

PAN DE SAL STUFFING

If Philippines has a national snack, it would most likely be the famous Pan De Sal translated as "Bread of Salt" in Spanish. Contrary to its name, the bread is slightly sweet and much tastier than your average dinner roll.

 

 Chef Marvz and Chef Quinsay duplicates the Pan de Sal's flavor profile and augments it a thousand fold to produce a unique, flavorful, and complementary stuffing for the Golden Inasal Turkey.

CALAMANSI CRANBERRY SAUCE

 Calmansi aka calamondin or Philippine lemon, is a vital part of Philippine cuisine and culture because Calamansi is not found in most of the world! Calamansi is a hybrid between the kumquat and mandarin orange so one can only imagine the BURST and dimensions of flavor in each bite of this sauce when our world class chefs fuse them with your traditional cranberry sauce.
