Chef Marvz sharpened his world-class skills serving as Sous Chef de Cuisine for the Royal Family in the United Arab Emirates, serving at the Ruler's Palace and presenting, creating menus on the official visits and leading the team as he traveled around the world with the Royal Family.

On his return to the Philippines, his home country, he served as the Celebrity Chef and On-Camera Talent for two of the Philippines' biggest networks on shows such as Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, State of the Nation with Jessica Soho, Ang Pinaka (The Best of All), Umagang Kay Ganda (Beautiful Morning), Unang Hirit (First Voice), iBelieve, Pinas Sarap (Delicious Philippines), South Korea's Channel A, and Asia's Food Channel.
